Privacy
The core BTCHEIR experience works without an account, identity, wallet connection, or submission of financial information.
Readiness answers
Answers are processed in your browser tab. They are not submitted to BTCHEIR, saved to an account, or included in the page URL. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.
Technical delivery data
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process basic request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path, and security signals to deliver and protect the service.
Analytics and cookies
BTCHEIR uses Baidu Analytics to understand page visits and improve the site. We may count non-sensitive actions such as starting or completing the check and printing a plan or template. Event labels contain only the interface language or template name—never readiness answers, scores, wallet facts, or personal details. The provider script may process standard visit and device data under Baidu’s own terms. When Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, BTCHEIR does not load the analytics script; content blockers may also prevent it.
Email correspondence
The Contact page states whether a public mailbox is active. If it is active and you send a message, your email provider and BTCHEIR’s email provider process the message, addresses, headers, and attachments needed to deliver it. Do not send identity documents or wallet information.
Deletion
BTCHEIR does not maintain a readiness-answer database. Because readiness answers never leave the browser, there is no server-side answer record for us to retrieve or delete. You may request deletion of ordinary email correspondence through the contact address.
