BTCHEIR is an independent, Bitcoin-only educational project created by an individual Bitcoin holder. It turns practical custody experience and public source material into non-sensitive planning prompts for holders and heirs.

Why this project exists
A Bitcoin inheritance plan can fail even when the backup itself is sound: family members may not know an asset exists, legal authority may be unclear, or wallet instructions may depend on information nobody else understands. BTCHEIR focuses on revealing those gaps without asking users to disclose the contents of their setup.
The credibility boundary
BTCHEIR aims to be careful and useful, not to appear more qualified than it is. Where a decision depends on local law, tax treatment, family conflict, or a live wallet configuration, the site directs readers to qualified local professionals and independently verified product documentation.
